Locking Shred Bins for Secure Documents
Locking shred bins and secure destruction services are provided as a service for offices and departments funded by Tarleton recycling efforts through the Office of Risk Management and Compliance. Documents for destruction must be destroyed in accordance to Tarleton SAP 61.99.01.T0.01, Records Management, System Regulation, 61.99.01, Retention of State Records, System Regulation 61.01.02, Public Information, and Texas Government Code Chapter 441.182. Requests must be submitted by or through your department’s/college’s designated records coordinator.
* Media destruction will also be made available. Please note on your estimated number of bins if a bin is specifically requested for media. Media cannot be combined in a bin with paper documents and must be marked as media.
